Data Deletion Instructions

To delete all data we hold about your Instagram account, do either of the following:

  1. Send the message DELETE MY DATA to @villa.nova.house on Instagram. Your conversation history is erased within 24 hours and you receive one confirmation reply, after which the account will not message you again.
  2. Email villanova696969@gmail.com from any address with your Instagram username. We confirm deletion within 7 days.

Removing the app from Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites also triggers deletion of your stored conversation.
